Consumer Arbitration

We endeavor to resolve any disagreements that arise in connection with contracts concluded with our customers by mutual agreement.

In addition, we are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board, such as the Federal Universal Arbitration Board, in accordance with the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG) § 36, and are generally not willing to do so.
