2. Personal data (type, survey and handling)
Personal information is information that helps to identify a person, ie information that can be traced back to a person. The collection of the data takes place when placing an order and / or when registering a user account in our webshop.

Orders (items, number and payment method) are also stored with us. If you lose your documents to your orders, please contact us by e-mail / fax / phone. We will gladly send you a copy of the details of your order. Orders from our webshop can be viewed later, provided that you have set up a customer account for the order.

We reserve the right to use the e-mail address received from an order for similar offers and / or information (updates / upgrades) related to the product. If you do not want this, you can always opt out informally.

3. Access data / server log files
This refers to the general and non-personal data collected by us (or our web hosting provider) about every access to our offer (so-called server log files). These include: name of the retrieved web page, file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP addresses and the requesting provider.

When collecting and using this general data and information, no conclusions are drawn about the data subject (special case IP addresses see point 3.1). The temporarily recorded log data serves only the correct delivery of the contents and the statistical evaluation for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of our website. However, we reserve the right to retrospectively check the log data if, on the basis of tangible evidence, the legitimate suspicion of unlawful use exists.

3.1 Storage of IP addresses
All IP addresses recorded by us in the course of logging are masked / pseudonymized before temporary storage and evaluation. In this case, a part of the IP address is exchanged and is therefore no longer traceable. This anonymization is carried out both by the provider (domain statistics) and at the administrative level within our website.

4. Storage and use of "cookies"

5. Integration of services and content of third parties

Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of each user. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. 5.1 YouTube videos
We offer embedded YouTube videos to play on our website. The YouTube video player is initially deactivated so that no user-relevant data is transmitted to YouTube when the website is displayed. To activate the YouTube video player for the entire website, an additional click on the video thumbnail is necessary. In addition, the so-called "extended data protection mode" is activated for the embedded YouTube videos. The playback of a video in the extended privacy mode of the embedded player is not used for the personalization of browsing on YouTube. 5.2 Vimeo videos
We also include videos from the platform "Vimeo". For information on the use of data by Vimeo please refer to the privacy policy of the provider Vimeo Inc.. Please note that Vimeo can use Google Analytics and refer to the privacy policy of the provider Google.

5.3 Amazon Affiliate Program
Digital Broadcast Systems GmbH is a participant in Amazon EU's affiliate program, designed to provide a medium for websites that earn advertising fees by placing advertisements and links to Amazon.com.
