Thank you for visiting our website and your interest in our products. We take data protection very seriously. Please read the following information:
The legal basis of data protection can be found in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Personal data (type, survey and handling)
Personal information is information that helps to identify a person, ie information that can be traced back to a person. Personal information that we record, process and store in the course of doing business includes: Company (if available), first name, last name, street, house number, postal code, city, telephone / fax (if available) and email address. The collection of the data takes place when placing an order and / or when registering a user account in our webshop.
Orders (items, number and payment method) are also stored with us. If you lose your documents to your orders, please contact us by e-mail / fax / phone. We will gladly send you a copy of the details of your order. Orders from our webshop can be viewed later, provided that you have set up a customer account for the order.
We reserve the right to use the e-mail address received from an order for similar offers and / or information (updates / upgrades) related to the product. If you do not want this, you can always opt out informally.
When contacting us (for example via contact form or e-mail), your details will be stored for the purpose of processing your request as well as in the event that follow-up questions arise.
The storage of personal data on the part of our web hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH is based on a so-called "order processing contract" in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
Personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.
3. Access data / server log files
This refers to the general and non-personal data collected by us (or our web hosting provider) about every access to our offer (so-called server log files). These include: name of the retrieved web page, file, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP addresses and the requesting provider.
When collecting and using this general data and information, no conclusions are drawn about the data subject (special case IP addresses see point 3.1). The temporarily recorded log data serves only the correct delivery of the contents and the statistical evaluation for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of our website. However, we reserve the right to retrospectively check the log data if, on the basis of tangible evidence, the legitimate suspicion of unlawful use exists.
3.1 Storage of IP addresses
4. Storage and use of "cookies"
All IP addresses recorded by us in the course of logging are masked / pseudonymized before temporary storage and evaluation. In this case, a part of the IP address is exchanged and is therefore no longer traceable. This anonymization is carried out both by the provider (domain statistics) and at the administrative level within our website.
5. Integration of services and content of third parties
It may happen that contents of third parties, such as videos or graphics from other websites, are integrated within this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of these contents (hereinafter referred to as "third party providers") perceive the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of each user. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. We endeavor to use only those content whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the content. However, we have no control over this if the third parties save the IP address e.g. for statistical purposes. As far as we know, we will inform users about it.

In addition, you have the right to correction of incorrect data, blocking and deletion of your personal data, as far as no legal duty of storage is contrary. You also have the right under Art. 77 GDPR to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
