With the end of Microsoft support for Windows 10 and the rollout of Windows 11, we often receive inquiries from our CTP users about the compatibility of CTP Pro software with Windows 11.

The current version 5.5 of our CTP Pro software is fully compatible with Windows 11.

In addition, CTP Pro 5.5 features a completely new video capture engine that offers greater compatibility with a wide variety of webcams and increases stability and performance when importing images from a camera. The selection of resolution and compression is now based on the capabilities of the webcam. CTP Pro 5.5 is a free update for all CTP Pro 5.0 owners.

However, if you still have CTP version 4 or lower, you will find that your CTP software version is not compatible with Windows 11.
